3. RSGP Control Tools.

   1. Activity Reminders - Accessible through Account Settings. We assist your play by providing an Activity Reminder every hour.

   2. The Activity Reminder:

      1. suspends play and indicates how long you have been playing;

      2. displays your play history since logging in;

      3. allows you to end the gameplay session or continue playing.

   3. Account History - Accessible through Account Settings.

      1. Gameplay History - Shows the result of each spin/play over a 2 week period.

      2. Purchase & Prize History - Shows your purchase and prize history over a 2 week period.

   4. Limits - Accessible through the “Contact” form in the platform under “RSG options.”

      1. Purchase Limit - Provides the ability to limit the amount of Golden Coins you can purchase during your chosen time period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to make any new purchases until the limit resets. Period options are Daily, Weekly or Monthly. The limit can be adjusted or removed at any time. A decrease to the limit will take immediate effect. In contrast, an increase to the limit value or removal of the limit will take effect following a 72 hour cooling period.

   5. Play Limit - Provides the ability to set the maximum amount of Sweeps Coins you can play for your chosen time period. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to play any more Sweeps Coins until the limit resets. Period options are Daily, Weekly or Monthly. The limit can be adjusted or removed at any time. A decrease in the limit will take immediate effect. In contrast, an increase to the limit or removal of the limit will take effect following a 72 hour cooling period.

   6. Daily Time Limit - Provides the ability to set exactly how many hours you are logged into your account, up to a maximum of 10 hours per day. Once the limit is reached you will be logged out until the next day. The limit can be adjusted or removed at any time. A decrease to the limit will have an immediate effect. In contrast, an increase to the limit or removal of the limit will take effect following a 72 hour cooling period.

4. RSG Control Tools Access.

   1. The access control tools described below are available if your gameplay may have become, or is at risk of becoming, problematic and you may take advantange of access control tools by contacting us.

   2. Taking a Break - Accessible through the “Contact” form on the Games under “RSG options.”

      1. Allows you to take a short break from gameplay. During this time you will not be able to access your account.

      2. Available options are 1 day, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days.

      3. It will not be possible to reactivate your account until the chosen period ends.

   3. Self-Exclusion - Accessible through the “Contact” form on the Games under “RSG options.”

      1. A self-exclusion allows you to suspend your account for a longer time period. During this period you will not be able to access your account. Available time period options are 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years and Indefinite.

      2. If your account has been verified to our satisfaction, we will use reasonable endeavors to arrange for any Sweeps Coins remaining in your account which satisfy our playthrough requirements and meet our minimum redemption threshold to be redeemed.

      3. You will be unsubscribed from receiving any marketing communications.

      4. It will not be possible to reactivate your account until the chosen time period ends.

      5. Where a defined self-exclusion is in effect, your account will automatically reactivate once the chosen time period has lapsed.

      6. Where an indefinite self-exclusion is in effect, a minimum of 6 months must pass before the account can be reactivated.

      7. Where an indefinite self-exclusion is in effect, a 7 day cooling period will apply before the account is reactivated.

   4. Permanent Closure - Please contact customer support. You may choose to permanently close your account. If you wish to do so, send a written email to Customer Support requesting a “Permanent Account Closure” and state the reason for the closure. Please note that, unlike an indefinite self-exclusion, a permanent closure is irreversible and cannot be reactivated under any circumstances.You will be required to provide a “confirmation of understanding” to permanently close your account.

7. Educational Resources. 

   1. Principles of Gameplay.
